Desmond has extensive experience of working in the Health and Social Care sector. He has worked for the NHS for 28 years, with the last role being a leading one in procurement, finance and supply chain for a large hospital in South London.  Desmond has full knowledge and experience in hospital Chaplaincy.

Ana Maria Alvarado Carolino

Ana is a highly qualified professional who originally trained as a nurse in the Philippines.  She is skilled in training, supervising and motivating teams and has extensive experience of assessing people for services and formulating care plans . Ana has worked with vulnerable adults, particularly older people, but also with people with special needs including mental/physical learning disabilities.

Deynah Boyd-Campbell 

Deynah comes from a social care and executive recruitment background.  With her qualifications, skills and experience, she has strong knowledge of the care sector and continually keeps up to date with changes in regulations and guidance by pursuing further training via the Skills for Care Management Induction Standards. Deynah understands and appreciates her role to provide quality domiciliary care services that support clients to live the lives they choose as far as they are able.
